how to pick up a call when you are already on the line

We are using deskphones (Polycon) and sometimes only 1 of our four users are available.  If that one person is on a call, how can they pick up an incoming call? (1 cue, all four users on the same call cue).

Hi Kent, when using a call queue it is single threaded.  What I mean is that if there is only one persona available of the 4 and that person is on the phone, the next call coming in will wait in queue until that person is free.  There are timers that could be set to control how long the customer waits for an available person so you will have to think this through to see what works best.
