Linking my clients phone book to the call log for stats

Not currently a user but considering seriously. I'd like to know if :
- there can a centralized phone book (for clients)
- there is the ability to link (associate) a call to a client (in the call log)

Hey Ben,

there is no global address book on the phones themselves, but you can access your entire company thru the softphone, and by logging into your online "portal/dashboard".

the call log shows who made/received the call, and what number they called/called them.
