Community: How do I edit my profile name, or nickname that appears on the Community?

1. Click the small drop-down arrow next to your name. 



2. From the drop-down menu, select "Profile". 



3. Select "Profile Information" 



4.  Edit the name in the "nickname" field. 



5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Save Details" button.

And please add your icon, picture or gravatar using any graphic file from your computer...

Those fields should not be locked down for anybody.  Can you tell us what browser and version you are using?  Have you tried clearing the cache, and logging back in again?  Have you tried a different web browser?

MY Profile Information is restricted, everything discussed above does not work for me......

Hi Sstephen,  Can you tell me where exactly you are running into problems. Can you detail the steps/clicks and include any screenshots, error messages or details that can help us see what's wrong?

When following the instructions above to change my profile.........I get the message "This page restricted"

I want to change my profile name as well from Donald to Don.   but I don't have the Profile option in my drop down either.   I have the same Janel Dunn displayed in this string of notes.  Where do I go from here?
