Unable to phone out on my Cisco SPA 525G2

I just got a ring central phone CiscoSPA525G2, I have connected to my wifi but when I try to make a phone call it tells me to restart my phone by unplugging it from the wall. I have done this twice now and nothing has changed. I have tried calling into the ringcentral help line but I cant get through. Please help!

  • Is the phone a 3rd party phone or purchased from RingCentral? 
  • Do you work remotely at home or in the office? 
  • Has the network been configured with RingCentral's network requirements?
