API Authentication

Hi there I am trying to hit this URL

https://engage.ringcentral.com/voice/api/v1/admin/accounts/12290000/reportsStreaming using an API key however I get an error 401 and in body I get Message saying JWT missing. Would you please be able to assist me with this issue

Using an API key? Currently, you need to get a RingCentral Office access token, then exchange for an Engage Voice access token to call that API.

You can use one of the SDK wrappers to call the Engage Voice API.
