Does RingCentral enforce the legal requirement to block calls to numbers on the UK's Telephone Preference Service register of numbers ?

The TPS is a list of phone numbers in the UK that have requested not to be contacted by telesales companies and it is a legal requirement for telesales companies to filter them out of their contacts
