Desktop App: Syncing contacts on Mac vs PC

It may be that the Contacts app has not granted access to the RC app.  I couldn't find any app access in System Preferences for Contacts.  I would fix, but I don't know how to get RC Mac to request access.

Hi Bob, I'm not aware of any such setting, you may want to open a case so this can be escalated;

When you sync the contacts on a PC it only gives you a choice to sync it to Outlook.  A Mac is a bit more flexible than a PC in this case. If you look at the image below, you'll see the Mac gives you an option to select "Contacts" which will generally include Outlook plus your other apple contacts.  Let me know if this is unclear.
