I dont understand how to set it up so my mobile phone rings when someone calls my ringcentral local number ??

I just set up a ring central account. I am doing the 7 day trial, and am just setting things up. I bought a local number, and want it to connect to my cell phone. So when someone calls that ring central local number, it automatically calls my cell phone. I dont understand how to do this.

You can do this in one of two ways. You can download and install the RingCentral mobile app on your iPhone or Android cell phone. With the mobile app you will have many more options than just forwarding the number as I'll explain next.

As I mentioned above, you can also forward any calls to your cell phone by setting up an extension (I recommend NOT using the Super Admin extension of 101 for your personal extension. Use some other extension like 102 or any other number (1, 2, 3 or 4 digit) and then go to the Call Handling & Forwarding menu selection for YOUR extension. Here you can enter your cell phone number for any calls to be forwarded to.

As I mentioned, I recommend using the RIngCentral mobile app over just forwarding your cell phone number. Many more options including the ability to call out using your RingCentral number rather than your PERSONAL cell phone number.

Did you not notice that the previous posts were over 3 years old? The apps and procedures have changed immensely in that amount of time. Further, I'm sorry that I am not a mind reader and don't know what is on your "account page". I didn't make anything difficult, but if something works better for you...like Nike says, "Just Do It!".

Well that was useless most of what you said is not even on my account page.
All I need to do is forward all calls to my cell. Why do you have to make it so difficult?
