Request to add Vancouver, BC conference call in number.

Until recently there has been a Vancouver BC call in number. When I tried using it today it caused all kinds of problems which took Ring Central a few hours to sort out. Now all the numbers available are east of Alberta. As we have clients in Victoria BC and Vancouver BC it is important for us to provide a local number for meeting call ins.

Hi Chris,   Did you by any chance contact support for this?  I was unable to locate a case under your name.   We can look into this. Do you remember what the previous number was that you were using?

yes i did contact support. I had used the old number and it made a mess of my account. So once they fixed it up they told me to post here to request a number. The number I was using was (778) 658 6580.

Thanks for the follow-up post.  Just to make sure there is no confusion. This Community is used for making general feature requests.  This does not mean that we will be able to get that specific dial-in conference number back. However this post will be merged into a related topic and reviewed by our product team for consideration.
