The RingCentral Softphone offers
complete customization of shortcuts (Hotkeys) to help save time!
Below is an example of the default set up. If you wish to make changes simply delete the contents in the box and then type the key(s) you wish to have as the shortcut instead.
For instance, if I prefered to have F7 as the Hotkey for ending a call I would delete the current contents and while my cursor is in the box press the F7 key - your changes will be saved.
