How do I get support for my Glip account?

Because the Glip application is available as a free/stand alone product as well as a paid version included in the RingCentral suite of products, certain features vary, and therefore Customer Support is offered via separate channels. 

1. If you have a  Glip only (no RingCentral paid account), you can call our Support Line at 888-898-4591, Option 3. You will then go through a few menu items - continue to press 5 - and then you'll be able to chat with an Agent who will create a case on your behalf for our Glip team.

2. If you are a RingCentral subscriber and are using Glip within your RingCentral account, then you can access Glip support a variety of ways. 

  • You can search the Glip category right here on this Community for the most frequent FAQs or post a new question.
  • Contact Phone Support, Live Chat, or open a support case from our Support Site.

I tried all the options here and was told because I don't have a Ring Central Account and only Glip there is no support or to contact Glip support - which there is none.  WTF?  Love the app but very frustrated with the support.

I have Outlook email and Glip instant messaging for work. For some reason, whenever I send an email to a coworker, it also sends it as a glip message. How do I turn this off?
