Setting up information menu's in an IVR (i.e. press 2 for our hours, 3 for locations)

We are attempting to migrate from our InContact IVR to a strictly Ring Central IVR. I have started programming the basics of what we need, but I don't see a way to play a prompt then loop back to the IVR. Specifically, we want people calling in to be able to prompt to hear our Hours of operation, addresses for our individual clinics, our fax number, and our web address. Is that something that's able to be set up in the Auto Receptionist feature?

Hello, there are a bunch of steps here so I'll describe this via images of the steps, let me know if you follow this.

Create a new extension that has no digital line/phone number, and then once it is activated go to the extension.

Now is the part that we go to the extension we created (at no cost), which I named "Mess Loop"

Click the edit button to upload the greeting you have or record the greeting.

Turn off all the phones, so there is nothing to ring

Now we set it to not take a message/voicemail and go back to the menu/IVR

I have this connecting to the IVR x1001.  I now am going to enable and set up the IVR the way I need now that I have the extension.  I did it in this order so as to prevent users from seeing an option that was not set up yet if I am pulled away from the task for a moment or there is a very high call volume.

This will do what you need on the RingCentral side by a key press after the prompt bringing the user to the extension and the extension just plays a message and routes right back to the IVR.  Quite a bit different than the scripted way in contact center seen below.

Thanks. I think this solves it!

I just want to double check that the extensions that are blank will cost us nothing since they have no phone associated with them.

Thanks again!

Correct since the call isn't being answered just playing the message/user greeting there is no cost.
