Conference call disabled without notice

My ringcentral conference number  for British Columbia in Canada - 778 6586580 was deleted without notice to me. Now I can't dial from BC anymore. I have to dial into dial into Ontario or some other province in Canada. So do other users of the conference number. That will cost people a lot of money. Can you please look info restoring Vancouver/Victoria BC into one of the conference numbers.

Hello ronke olurunojowon,

That particular conference number was, basically, retired about a year ago. This was previously communicated during that time, along with the replacement conference number for that area. We wanted to give our customers time to transition over to the new conference numbers before switching them off, which is why it's no longer available. Please use the current Vancouver Conference Number going forward and update any recurring meetings that you have.

Do you know where it was communicated that the numbers have been replaced? My company experienced the same issue today. We did not see anything on the RC main page.

Hey Chan, this type of information regarding change is usually sent to the main admin attached to the account via email. So I would verify that the correct person and their contact information is listed - your Account Manager can look into it :)
