Hello! Could you provide more details about what's going on? Your question was a tad vague on the other thread.

I have a list of 3,000 contacts on an excel spreadsheet. I am having an issue uploading them into the phone so that when one of these people calls, their name shows up on the phone. I've been told I have to manually enter the contacts into the phone. I've also uploaded the contacts onto the ring central admin portal under contacts but I was told that only uploads them to the APP and not the actual phone. In the past these contacts names have showed up when calling. I need help!

2018-10-03 What model of phone are you using?  We have all Polycom VVX500's and this is accurate info you received.  We also have thousands of users and did not upload the users to the phones because our user dataset changes a lot. 

On Polycom phones, to get them  to display on the phone its a manual entry.  If you setup an LDAP server or have an existing one, I think there is a way to point the phone firmware to the LDAP's IP address  but we did not pursue that option.
