I use Servicemonster for our CRM, it allows us the capability to text clients from the program using Twillio.

I do not want to have a second business phone number. Is there a way Twillio can use my Ring Central phone number for texting while still using Ring central? Is there any type of forwarding that could be set up between the two programs ? Would the Zapier integration work for what I need?
