INFINITE CALL RECORDINGS

CANADA

Hi, we are the 14th February 2020 and actually I have a customer that try to come back on us for a stupid reason and we need the November 2019 call recording. But.. I just saw we have only access to maximum 60 days back. WHAT???

I can't believe an option important like that, that protect our business, have to be saved manually on our computer. These days servers (cloud) to have data space cost nothing. Why you guys don't use one of them to offer us infinite logs. At least 1-2 years. 60 days...

One of the PRIMARY reason why I decide to choose go with a call center was the ability to save my calls to protect my business. And now the only time I need it .. the calls aren't available.. and now i'm might be in trouble because these are my PROOFs.

Common we are in 2020..

If you are the administrator (super admin), you can use the Archiver Beta feature from the Tools Menu to select one or more of the Account connectors, like Google Drive or Dropbox, to save your recordings to automatically. Finding what you need isn't quite as intuitive and easy as it is with the Call Logs, but at least there is no 60 day limit and you are only limited by your accounts allocated space. There are also options to sync SMS messages, Fax, and Voicemails. Of course, once you turn it on, it will only apply to stuff going forward.
