Share Reports to Other Users - Analytics

There should be a feature under Analytics, that allows the creator who manages the reports, to be able to share those reports to other users as well.

Hello Hannah!


You can create a subscription through the Analytics Portal.

By doing that it will send directly to your email and you can forward it to your team member.

If all of my users are in the dial by name directory then I assume they are all assigned to auto receptionist.  I don't, however, have an IVR Settings option under Auto Receptionist.  I only have General Settings, IVR Menus, IVR Editor and Prompts Library.  Do I need to look elsewhere or reach out to support?  thank you.
