Text are not coming though

We swicthed from Nextivia and all of our voice calls are coming to Ring Central however, our text messages are still going to Nextivia. Any ideas?

I cant remember the exact numbers days (maybe 5 days from port date) but it takes a couple of days for SMS switching.  Not sure if there is a delay b/c of pandemic.  Give them 5 business days and if not working by then, reach out to support.

yeah it's been like 2 weeks. We called support but can't get through.

Yeah, that's too long. Open a ticket up via support tab on your portal.
