One of my customers is constantly sending texts to my ringer central number that I need to block. I do not want to block voice calls from her. Please tell me there is a way to do this? Or to simply ignore alters/notifications on the mobile and desktop apps from a specific person? Even if every one of her calls automatically goes to one of my voice mails boxes it would be acceptable just to stop these texts.
My cell phone is constantly going off with alerts from her which is causing me to miss legitatime text alerts because i'm starting to ignore it... She has a mental disability and has been texting me for months despite my calling her and asking her to stop. She'll send me over 20 texts in a day about everything you can think of. Usually about paranoid delusions. I feel bad for her but it's crossed a line.
