I have been using RingCentral for several years now. For the most part is a great service, but god forbid you run into trouble. It is nearly impossible to reach anyone and be prepared to sit on Chat, for a long long long time. At the end ( your issues are never resolved ) and the case is elevated, with a case #, few days later, and lots of frustration, you may get a call to resolve or just added frustration. But eventually it gets resolved, how? I have no Idea.
I did not realize that I have a capped amount of faxes stored in Memory or in their System and no one ever told me to Clear few before i can use RingCentral Again. Second Problem is, two days ago i got an email Courtesy Notice, Calling Credit, Low Balance. Great, I clicked on the lind in the email as suggested to add credit, and yeahhhh the Link is none working, so i went to setting and billing, and Yeahhhhh the Auto Purchase is tab is Disabled. So i'm on chat line for an hour or so, with the absolute beautiful sounds of the calling chickens and animal in the backgroud, Perfect. About an hour later, Sorry Sir, I am not able to resolve this matter, but i did elevate this matter to tech support and here is you case #. Yeahhhh. The next day, the matter is has not been resolved, I am back on Chat, I unfortunately had to listen to the very same song from the day before, Yahooooo, the case was elevated again, with that said, the matter has not been resolved and I can not add credit to my account and i can not use RingCental, because my case was elevated. Man, this is really painful and funny.
