Salesforce Integration with Chrome or Firefox

Has anyone successfully got Salesforce Integration working with Chrome/Firefox?

Any tips or tricks? The pdf guide provided by RC is woefully lacking any real material.

You may have been using the old version of the integration. The new RingCentral for Salesforce works with any browser on any computer:
