Mobile App: Does it use cell phone minutes?

When ringing out of the softphone app to your cell phone, are you now using your cell phone minutes or minutes with RingCentral?

Matthaniel is right. Using RingOut (when the softphone "dials" your cell phone) will use your mobile minutes. Placing a call over VoIP, on the other hand, will not. This also goes for the iOS and Android apps.
