How do we change the operator greeting

We are trying to change the recorded message assigned to the operator. I happens on the mainline when someone selects 0 during the greeting message. It has a Christmas holiday message - yikes.

Yep, find out who the operator extension is (extension 0) and click on that user under Settings > Phone System > Users. Then go to Screening, Greeting & Hold Music and click User Greeting.
