Multiple ext's for One desk Phone

Can one phone have more than one ext.? I want my SoftPhone to handle and show calls to multiple ext's. as well as the desk phone & iPhone app. i.e. 1= my personal ext. 2= general sales, 3= customer service,...

Hello, you should configure a Call Queue for the "teams" you want to be a member of. You can mark yourself as Available or Unavailable on a queue-by-queue basis.

Ok, But, I would need to login to the site to change those each time as that cannot be done quickly on the softphone, correct?
