10% of talk time is Choppy, Not Acceptable

For every 20 mins I talk on the phone I consistently get 2 minutes where the incoming audio goes silent...or becomes extremely choppy. This is a huge problem when I'm trying to conduct business that I have to hang up my "land line" and call the client back on my infinitely more reliable cell phone.

Chuck is correct, sounds like a network issue. We can help you select a good router, set QoS settings and optimize call shaping - just open a support ticket for assistance.
