RingCentral app for Windows is crashing on me pretty frequently

Windows 8.1 Pro, v5.16.001.50 of the RingCentral app. I'm using a Bluetooth headset (a Plantronics Voyager Legend), and about once every few days when I get an incoming call the app just crashes on me, which is obviously a major problem. Any ideas how I can stop this from happening?

Jake,

Completely uninstall the softphone app and then reinstall it again. That worked for me. Also, what kind of computer are you using? If it is an HP, sometimes the Bluetooth driver has compatibility issues. If that is the case, go to Control Panel, Device Manager, and see if the bluetooth driver has a yellow mark by it. If it does, Uninstall it and the scan for hardware changes. It should pick it back up working again.
