Over the last few weeks, we have been experiencing intermitten lose of connectivity on our RingCentral Polycom IP 335 phones. Initially we thought it might be a UDP issue on our network since we have some UDP broadcasting taking place. We put the phone onto a separate router, but still had the drops. We put the phones onto a separate switch and separate router, but still had drops. We've added static IP's on some and kept others receiving DHCP address, but still had drops. We added a separate outside internet connection and had the phones going straight out bypassing our internal network, with both static and DHCP addressed and still had intermitten drops. I've adjusted the TCP refresh interval on some of the phones to try and alleviate this problem, but being a new RC customer for a few months this issue is frustrating and disconcerting; especially when I realize others are having similar issues. Contacting support on the phone has not been helpful either. Is there any resolution or at least progress in fixing this?
