Basically AA going to single line then group.
Can you configure it to go anywhere besides voicemail after the first option?
To ring the Receptionist first then Multiple Phones Simultaneously
1. Main number should be routed to your Receptionist (which I believe it is configured already)
2. Receptionist must be User , not a Group
3. Go under Users and select your Receptionist Extension
4. Click Call Handling and Forwarding on the right side
5. Check if all Devices (Phones) that you want ring are included on the list
How to add phones that are not included on the List
1. Click on Forward to other user's phones
2. Select the Device (Phones) that you want to ring
3. Click Right Arrow in the middle to move them then click Save
6. Now you can click on Create Ring Group
7. Put a select Device (Phones) that you want to group then click Group then Save
8. You can use arrow up and down to arrange the ringing order
9. Select Sequentially then click on Save
