Is there a way to direct the faxes to one extension at all times no matter what the settings are for office hours and phone calls? I want everyone to have access to the faxes all the time but I don't want the potential for duplicate files in charts once they've been uploaded to our record. This way when a fax is deleted it is consistent across all accounts because they are using the same extension for faxes. I do not want to have to tell everyone to add an extension to the fax number as its already on business cards etc. I do not want the faxes to follow the forwarding rules for the phones. Thanks.
