fax out will not load

When trying to Fax Out the page just continuously says "loading" and will not actually load.  This is happening on multiple computers and all other webpages are working fine.

This is happening to me today. I have restarted my computer and refreshed the page, but it keeps doing it and I have a deadline. No idea how to fix it, but frustrated!

Make sure you have upgraded to the latest softphone version
