Individual Attachment cannot exceed 5MB

I used to be able to send pdf files that exceeded 5MB. Just recently I start receiving messages about individual messages cannot exceed 5MB. That is not much. Do I need to get service somewhere else to be able to send files over 5MB? I am not going to use dropbox or other service in order to send file via fax that is over 5MB, I am going to switch to different provider... Please advise.

Same here, the limit used to be 20 (or 10MB)?  Then without notice, upon attachment I have error messages that the limit is 5MB, not much at all in this business world!  Poor customer service not to alert us.  Hopefully RingCentral monitors these discussions and can inform us?

I too am having this challenge and I need to know what is going on.  5mb is not going to handle the faxes that I send....today was very critical - had to go somewhere else to get my file faxed off - when did this change?  why did this change? What notice was given?  Is this going to be fixed asap?  I need to know.  Allene Shannon

Now we have a month with no acknowledgement that the limit was reduced to 5MB.  I have just a couple months left in my annual contract.  Can't wait!

Well, now it's been 3 months of being ignored by RingCentral.  GOOD NEWS THOUGH!  Just one more month before my annual contract ends, and I can get rid of this *******.

I would like to add myself to the list of disgruntled customers. I have an annual contract, which has no limitation on the size of my faxes. You have breached it and suddenly imposed a limit. Furthermore, this limit of 5mb ensures that almost no real business communication can be sent. 5MB is less than 15 pages. Please correct this immediately.
