How to add another additional fax number onto account

Our insurance agency just combined with another agent. We have a Ringcentral account and we want to add his fax number onto our account as well. Is this possible? And if so-how do we do that?

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 1.0 MiB each and 10.0 MiB total.

Number porting.  Port the number from his existing service to your Ring central account.  This will be a company number, then set it to Fax only and route it to it's own extension so that the faxes are separate

He has a ring central free trial that expires today so we were just going to add his number onto our account. Would what you recommended still work?

yes, just have RC support move that number from the account that is expiring to the new account.

If the account expires you may loose the number

RC support could do this for you

What number is that? Everytime I call support- it says I can be helped online and it hangs up on me
