Why is the softphone grayed out even though I have a digital line?

I just got my Digital Line set up with my company and I can't make any phone calls. I don't have a physical phone and this was to be my work phone to contact them. The "Soft Phone" is greyed out even though I was assigned an extension! How exactly do I enable this?

Also, I can't for the life of me get my Android app to work. I'm on 4.2 so there's no compatability issues (or shouldn't be).

Any advice would be helpful.

This is ridiculous. Every time I have to install your software the same issue and I can never find the answer. Cannot enable digital line
