Cisco Spa112 2 Port Phone Adapter will work to use analog phones on my RingCentral account?

I have a Cisco Spa112 2 Port Phone Adapter and want to know if it will work on my RingCentral account to use analog phone and/or fax machines. Also do I need to program or provision the adapter?

Yes, it is supported.  make sure it is reset to factory and has the latest firmware

There is an auto provision for this, so it should be easy to do.

If you have provisioned phones before.  It is the same process

Thanks

Hi Chuck,
Can you please send me the link of the instructions on how to provision the ATA Adapter?

It is menu drivin when you are in the RC portal configuring a line..  You add a digital line to your account and then you provision this device on that line to use it.  Just like an IP phone

It walks you through the process

It makes me buy a phone when I add a line. I already have the device.

I'm having the same issue with this model (note, we're talking about the 112, not the 122).  Is there a config PDF for RC somewhere?

I have a 2 user plan with our advertised fax number ported to RC but I am using the 112 for our alarm dial out. RC took over my Mac and did the set up for me remotely so it's all good now. But yet, I bought the wrong ATA. I guess confirming and reconfirming the correct model number doesn't always get you the correct model number. If either one of yous twos weren't talking to me, just disregard, I do talk to myself on a regular basis, marriage PSD
