We're using all Polycom VVX550 sets. I'm not sure if this is by design, or if it's a bug. But, it's becoming a bit of an issue for our users: Say an outside call comes in and extension 101 answers the call. Caller wants to speak to 102. Scenario A: 101 presses: transfer softkey->blind->102 on 102's set the caller ID shows set 101 Scenario B: 101 presses: transfer->102 on 102's set the caller ID shows set 101 See the problem? in Scenario A 102 is answering a call directly with the outside caller/customer. In Scenario B 102 will answer to the employee at 101. Both functions work properly. The issue is that the user at 102 doesn't know who he's about to be speaking with. We could just set a policy that we use only A or B. But, the functionality of both is desirable.
