Why can't I make a call?

When I dial a phone number for an account, I am receiving this automated response: "The destination you dialed is disabled for your account. To have this enabled, contact your account administrator or contact support" on this website. Can you help resolve this issue so that I can call this number?

I just had the same problem trying to call Spain! Why would ringcentral "greylist" a country that it is enabled in my account? As a business, ringcentral should know that timing is very important. Our sales personnel can NOT afford to sit and wait for days (ringcentral says it is within 48 hrs) to be able to call a client or a prospect client! This is ridiculous! Now I have to stop, fill a form, open a case and wait... By the way, according to a ringcentral employee, I have to fill a form and open a case for every country that is "greylisted" on ringcentral's end (even though it is enable in my account), but they dont even keep a list of those countries. So there is no way to know which countries we are unable to call until we actually call them!! As I said during my call to ringcentral support (nothing against the employee I spoke to, but because I know those calls are recorded and I want someone to hear my complain), I am seriously thinking about switching to Vonage business. In fact, due to the problems we have with ringcentral, our company has an account with Vonage as a backup for international calls, now it just seems a better solution to keep only Vonage!
