I want a calls to Sales group to be rotating & then directed to the VM of the salesperson who got the call,Not to VM of the Sales Group.

I want a calls to my Sales group to be rotating and then directed to the VM of the individual salesperson who got the call. I do not want the call to go to the VM of the Sales Group. IDEAS? Can this be done?

Hi Mark, if I am hearing you right you have a bunch of sales people and the call queue uses rotating to distribute the calls.  If a call starts ringing on sales person "A" and the dont pick up you want it to go to the sales person voice mail.  If that is the case the system will not work that way.

The only way for the call to go to the sales person voice mail is if they pick up the call.  Other wise the Queue will send that call to another available person and if it finds no one available then to the queue voice mail it goes.

I think you could redirect that voice mail elsewhere but you can not have the system work in that way.

Cant think of a way to have this happen.

The call queue manages the incoming calls and could not just send them to voice mail.  The whole point is to get to a live body.

So may have to rethink this call flow to meet that need.  I will put some thought to it but I am thinking not possible at this min
