Can find the needed cities in [ Internaional Calling ] Allow option -- Kitchener

I want to Allow International Calling for below cities ,But can't find the below mentioned city in the Allow option

Kitchener
ON
N2C 0B2
Canada



The numbers starts with 
226


Please help me to find this
international calling

Calling Canada is free (not international).

Also, you would have to block all other area codes except K-W
