Help Signing up

I am trying to sign up for your fax service. I started an account online, but did not complete the registration. I was trying to take advantage of your 30 day free trial, and then pay annually for the service once I determined if I liked it. I clicked on the link in the email which took me to your checkout page. I entered my credit card number, and clicked complete. A message came up that said it was processing, then it just went back to the same screen. I tried it again. Same thing. I then tried a different credit card. Same thing. I tried to chat with your support. They told me to call, which I did. The first person said they were not able to help me, and transferred me to another person. She told me something had happened with the web site. That person canceled the account and set up another one, but told me that I would have to pay monthly. I stated that I wanted to only pay after the 30 day trial and that I wanted to pay annually to take advantage of the lower rate. She put me on hold several times and then hung up. I called back and stated that I no longer had time to try and fix the problem today. She told me she would call me back the next day. After most of the day went back and she did not call back, I called back to ring central. I explained the problem. The person I talked to told me to go online and sign up again. I did that. The web site said that there were mulitple accounts set up and I could not sign up again. He then told me he would give me 500 free minutes? I told him I didn't need any free minutes. The person on the phone told me that he would have the women "Darren" that I spoke with the day before call me back in 30 minutes. She called me back. She then said she saw that I tried to sign up again. I said yes, because that is what I was told to do. After being put on hold multiple times, she asked me if I had another email address. I said no as I needed to use my business email address for this. She told me that I couldn't do that. She then told me that I would have to pay the monthly fee at 9.95 a month. I asked about the free trial. She said that if I didn't like the service that they would refund the fee to me. I told her I really didnt feel comfortable with that, and asked why I could not get the free trial. She said she didn't know why, but she was trying to help me. We went round and round and I finally told her I would like to speak to a supervisor or customer support. She said they would only transfer me back to her. I then told her I would hang up and call again. I did that and spoke with "Sarah". I asked Sarah not to transfer me back to the same person I was talking to. I explained what had happened. She then told me that she could honor the 30 day trial if I would email it to her. I said it is on your web site and there was not way for me to email it to her. She said hold on I'll get you back to that person again. I was on hold for another 10 minutes and finally hung up. I then called back again and spoke with "John". I asked if there was a customer support number that I could speak to. He said no, but he would be able to help me. I explained to him what happened. He said hold on he would transfer me.......and then he transferred me back to "Sarah". I told Sarah who I was and then she said she would transfer me back to "Darren" even though I asked her again not to do that. She then transferred me.....knowing that this person couldn't help me. I hung up again...... I'm not sure why this is so difficult. I'm just trying to sign up for your fax service, but I would like to the 30 day trial to see if it meets my needs. I then want to pay the annual fee after the 30 days like it says on your web site
