First bill issue, RingCentral can't provide it?

Is it normal that I am not provided a first billing date and amount before it comes out of my account when asked?

I'm a new subscriber to RingCentral, I love the service and the phone.  I have absolutely no problem with it whatsoever, but I'm almost into my first month and I've been waiting on a bill to indicate to me the day in which my card will be processed and the amount.

I called in and spoke to two different people and they say they will send a statement out AFTER they charge the card.  I asked, "since you can't tell me what exactly the taxes will be, how will I know how much the bill will be before you take the money?"

I'm on a 1 year 62.99 plan.  It's great, I love it.  I'm just anal about my budgeting (zero based) and every other monthly payment I have comes with a bill prior to automatic payment.

What has anyone found on this issue?  Have you experienced the same?  What should I expect in taxes to make sure I have the bill covered?

The $62.99 is just to have the use of the fax service.
Then you have the calling minutes.  Each calling minute will vary in pricing depending on where you are calling. (within country or out of country etc)  Every fax you send will also vary depening on the speed of the senders/receivers machine, etc...  So, I understand when they say they cannot give you a price because they don't know how many minutes you will use.

That is why I love the office plan.  Flat rate Fax and phone and a bunch of other services

The way to go

I have a flat rate unlimited plan, but also have an 800 number. My 62.99 plan ended up being 80 after taxes. I was able to move to the middle plan since I would never use anywhere near 10,000 minutes a month of incoming 800 number calls. So I'm now saving 15-20 a month by downgrading. They were very easy to work with. All is good.

I have the same problem. Can't understand why they can't bill us prior to taking the money out of our account. No one else does this. Really bad plan.
