System Requirements for the RingCentral Service?

What is the minimum requirements (broadband speed etc) that is required to have the VOIP phones system working well? We are looking at moving offices and I want to ensure our phone system will still perform. Thanks in advance

Hi Beccy, We have several pages and tools to help you out with this.  If you are installing new internet service make sure it meets the requirements in the first link. Then once it's installed, or if it's already installed double check the network by using the system tests on the 2nd and 3rd links below. When running the Capacity test, pay equal attention to the Upstream as well as the Downstream speed as this is important in VoIP calling. But keep in mind it is normal for upstream speed to be only a fraction of the download speed.
