iPhone app contacts

So I noticed that the Standard plan does not have Inbound Caller ID.  What happens when I receive a call using the VoIP app on my iPhone and the contact's number is stored in my phone (not stored in the VoIP app)?  Will the VoIP app still display the caller's name since it's stored in my phone?

Thanks in advance.

I have my Outlook contacts sync'd with Ring Central APP; therefore, the contact name does appear as the Caller ID if the numbers match.  If you don't have your Outlook contacts sync'd, or don't have Outlook, you can always export from and import into your RC contacts in order to gain the Caller ID from your address book. Hope that helps.
