Setting call status on RingCentral for Windows requires to many steps!

Changing my call status on RingCentral for Windows should be easier. It requires to many steps to change my status from "Available" to "Busy". Why am I required to click save?!? I should be able to click on "Available" then the pop up box should go away. When changing my status to "Busy" the default should be "Accept Calls" OFF. Again, I should be able to click "Busy" with a default status of "Accept Calls" to OFF and the the pop up box should go away. Only ONE CLICK should be required to complete the status change. Is this possible?

Sam,

RingCentral support often receives tickets for "calls going straight to voicemail". Many times this is direct related of accidentally turning the extension on Do Not Disturb (DND).  Due to this issue  the "save" button is there for verification purposes to prevent accidentally turning DND on.

Thank you for using RingCentral. Have a great day.
