Desktop Application Version

Is there any way to know what version of the Desktop App if this crashes continuously ? Any other file to look at ? We need to make troubleshooting and is good to start knowing what version of the app.

Just click the Settings button and the next window will display the version in the lower left.  I'm not understanding your questions. If this does not answer them, please clarify.

Thanks Mike, but we can't get the app running, that's why we need other way to look at the version.

If the app won't open, then  just uninstall, and reinstall it.   If you need to find the version you are running, just view it from the Control Panel.
