Shoot, I just saw conference call and posted answer.  Not sure how to do it when both callers are already on your phone.  Maybe via call park?

One would think that there would be a JOIN button or a code like *#7?

The RC join key is if you want to connect the other parties with each other and drop off the call.

Agree, that phone does not have that feature.

The 525g2 does but that phone is the bottom of the line on the SPA series

Whit the 303 phones not having the Park feature, is there a code to do the Park feature like *#7, or something like that? My customer has the SPA 504G phone, do you know if it has a the Park feature?

That's a technical question that may need to go to tech support since, in theory, you might be able to program the third presence key on your phone through the configuration programming, but they'll need to give you the password. What say you Chuck?

I just tested it with parking the call and that works too.

So I had a call on Line 1 and a call on Line 2 - both on hold.  I went back to Line 1 and put them in PARK and hung up.  I picked up on Line 2, depressed Conf key, dialed the park location, depressed Conf key a second time - and all three parties were connected. We then made plans to attend the Trump rally later today...

There is not Park button, but you can use Park feature dialing ##*3 Check out this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WpC5Nfy2r9A

Danno,

I have caller 1 on line 1 and caller two on line 2, they are both on hold on my Cisco IP Phone 303. If I go back to my first line and on the display is shows bxfer, endCall, conf and xfer. Where do I find Park? I went through Menu to find Park and I could not.

Like Chuck said earlier, your model does not have a park key, so you'll need to do it manually.

Just in case, here is a link to a pdf on Call park feature.  It's from the RC site - so it's safe.

Danno...I like your workaround. The SPA 303 manual says the following (however it does not work because there is no "confLx" softkey):

Conferencing a Held Call with an Active Call (Cisco SPA 303)
If you have a call on hold and an active call, you can create a conference call
between the active call, the call on hold, and you.
With an active call and one or more calls on hold, press the confLx softkey.
If you have only one call on hold, the conference call is created between the
three of you.
If you have more than one call on hold, choose the held call you want to
conference in by pressing the line button of the call on hold.

Full steps:

Place caller 1 on hold
Place caller 2 on hold
Go to caller 1 and dial ##*3 (Note: Caller 1 will hear your dial the first and or the second #)
Note the parked extension the system gives you *XXX (*801)
Hang up on the button of caller 1
Go to caller 2, the light will be flashing Red and press Conference
Dial your Parked extension *XXX (*801)
Press Conference
Your three callers are now joined.

Did that work for you?  And as a sidebar, park zones are *801 to *899.  Something to keep in mind when assigning extension numbers.

Yes it did, thanks.

Is there a place I can reference all feature codes for the Cisco and PolyCom phones?

I think I saw an earlier post in the community on the codes, but you can also Google it I'm sure.

The only way I know of for it to work is to have one of the callers drop off the call, press your conf soft key, dial their number, then press conf soft key again to connect all three parties.  Let's see if someone has found another way.
