where to get support

Is any one else having the problem, when you call support they tell you something can not be done and then you figure out how to do it your self .  I spend hours and hours on the phone with customer service and support, not once have they helped.  Where do I go to get help from someone that does not have a foreign accent?

Doug, you are welcome to post here and we can almost always help you out, or escalate issues as necessary.  Would you mind briefly explaining the issue you described above so we can look into this?   This has been made a private conversation so will not be seen publicly.
