Can multiple email addresses receive notifications of received faxes?

I would like to have several different staff members receive notification of an incoming fax. Can this be set up that way?

For multiple email ID's, I believe comma also works.
What about Bcc??

There are no notifications that will Bcc.  Depending on your email client, you might be able to set up some sort of forwarding rule to accomplish that.

To be certain, I am including a description of what I am attempting to do.
I have a main number fax that I have pointed to a single line that I would like multiple email addresses associated to. This is so that incoming faxes, to the main line fax,  are not single threaded to a given email.

I have attempted both ';' and ',' still not working. Below are examples of both without spaces. I am still getting the error "please enter a valid e-mail address."

person1@my-company.com; person2@my-company.com;person3@my-com-.com
person1@my-company.com, person2@my-company.com,person3@my-com-.com

thanks in advance
Mark

Caitlin,

I tested this and it appears that there is a 200 characters limit in the email notification field. Depending on how long each email address is will determine how many you can enter. You'll be able to add quite a few if the email domain is something like @ aol.com vs. if it is @ mybusinessinternetdomain.com. Don't forget to add a semi-colon between each email address.

Hope this helps...

Have you called into the help desk, they are pretty good with configuration stuff like this and I'm sure they can get you hooked up.

One note from me, I always use the email address in the advanced screens of the notifications window rather than the notifications email address. It seems dumb to have 2 areas for email addresses for the same thing but maybe they are for different things, I don't really know. I do know that by using the email line in the popup window it works.

Thanks for helping out Vince.  Yes if you put the emails in the box shown in Vince's screenshot it will work.  If you still have problems, send us a private email to community.suppport@ringcentral with the phone/fax numbers involved and screenshots.
