Had to factory reset the phone- now showing offline - how to set up again?

We had problems with our Cisco phones connecting to our wifi and one of our staff did a factory reset on the phone.  It can connect to our wifi network now but is not connected to RingCentral.  On the admin pages the phone still shows up but is showing offline.  How do I get it connected again to the RingCentral network?

You wiped out all the SIP provisioning information.  There is a process, the phone will have to be deleted from your account and re-provisioned.

You may need assistance from support

Chuck is 100% correct.  Unfortunately, people think that re-setting the password only does just that.... reset only the password.  In reality it wipes out all of the programming on the phone "AND" resets the password while doing so.  You will have to start the provisioning / configuration process all over again to get that phone to work on your RingCentral account.
