Ring Central Meetings and Skype crashing

I have 3 users on the latest version of Ring Central (3.6.28 I believe) and they both have a unique experience. Both are using Windows 7 and after some time a meeting as they are screen sharing, their computer will look and force a reboot. The meeting continues but users are unable to do anything else until the reboot. Looking in the logs from the machines I see an application crash of Skype. I am reinstalling the OS on one of the two machines tomorrow (as they are having other issues as well non-RC related) so I am going to try first an older version of RC Meetings to see if that mitigates the issue and then see if they can reproduce it with the new version and Skype at the same time.

I haven not heard of any conflict between RC Meetings and Skype. Let us know what your findings are.

I'm going to try with an older version tomorrow and not the 3.6.28. This problem seems to occur when users are running Skype for Business and RingCentral Meetings. I will provide more data when I have it.

I've been able to test using 2.7. 41788.0304 with a user who had this issue and it appears to not cause any further issue. I've spoken to two techs at RingCentral and they can't provide me a version newer than that that is not 3.6 so I can't test to see where this got broken. I assume this was broken in 3.6 and not in 3.5. According to one of the techs I spoke with this morning, they recommend not using any other kind of meeting software at the same time as RC Meetings, but that is not a mandate that I can push out to my users because we use Skype as our primary method of internal communication between locations. What do I need to provide you so that this may be addressed?
