How can I post a Private message to the Community?

Sometimes it's necessary to provide the Community Support team private information which you do not want displayed publicly.  Follow the steps below to create a private conversation.

Toggle Comment visibility. Current Visibility: Viewable by all users

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 1.0 MiB each and 10.0 MiB total.

1.  Type your question in the area shown and click the magnifying glass icon. 



2.  Click the Continue Creating Conversation button shown.


3.  Click the Question box to indicate the topic type, click the Post Private Conversation box, and provide any additional details necessary. 



4.  Click the Post button at the bottom of the page.
